What a fabulous day! Al’s passion for the bakery and this style of bread making was evident. He shared so many details on how prepare and bake loaves, as well as how to manage our new baby leavens. We had a ball. Thanks to all star for their hospitality and the delicious lunch. Highly recommended.
I thought the course was very informative and enjoyable. Al is very knowledgeable and I learnt a lot about the process of making the sourdough and how to make and store the starter.
The course is good value for money which includes coffees,morning tea and a delicious lunch.
Definitely recommend this course if your interested in sourdough bakery.
Today I attended a sourdough baking workshop at @redbeardhistoricbakery. And it was one of the best day in my life.
