Cannot recommend this class enough. It was fascinating to learn all the ins and outs of sourdough from the micro level through to the types of flour, how to start/maintain a starter and the different types of loaves to bake. It was a great mix of theory and hands on learning and Al was a fantastic teacher. You will leave this course so passionate about sourdough, it's wonderful!
