This course is hands-on, informative and excellent value. A thoroughly enjoyable day, Al was extremely knowledgeable and generous with it. I learned a great deal and we got to apply the learning and experience the full end to end experience of scotch oven sourdough bread baking. The delicious morning tea, lunch and coffees also didn’t go astray.
It was a long day, but awesome fun and I learned so much. Al was so very helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. Working the 100+ year old scotch oven was a highlight
Cannot recommend this workshop enough, a great fun and interesting day with nice people, and Al is a fantastic teacher. Feeling inspired to get into it at home, and confident that I will be successful!
