Thoroughly enjoyed today's workshop run by Al Reid and the Redbeard team. Would recommend this for beginner and experienced bakers alike. Al has a great manner, keeps the space supportive and fun with an encyclopaedic knowledge of sourdough and baking. The lunch provided was delicious and there was heaps of bread to take home at the end of the day.
A generous and abundant day of learning much more than just techniques to make sourdough bread. End the day more resilient and confident about the world than you started. All by turning flour, water, leaven and salt into beautiful bread.
