A thoroughly informative and enjoyable learning experience. Lots of information and hands-on practice to feel equipped to have a go at home. A delicious lunch and afternoon tea was provided as well as an information booklet, LOADS of bread to take home and my very own starter. Highly recommend
I wasn't expecting the amount of detailed information I got on the workshop and I was happily surprised and super excited to have received a mountain of information on the day, apart from the practical experience.
From the types of flour to milling to oven tips to "whiteboard" discussions the whole experience was not only very enjoyable but super valuable.
Can't recommend it enough.
