What a terrific class! I actually went along for a little big of knowledge - and came back with a whole lot more. I will most definitely be baking my own bread now after learning about what we are actually eating in the shops - and it was so gratifying to learn, it actually isn't that hard! The instructor was excellent, a serious and trained Baker from grass roots up. His family's history and knowledge of Baking was overwhelming - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great Day, def worth the outlay! Vanessa P - Woodend.
