The most informative and hands on workshop you can ever experience in sourdough bread making craft. John is a wealth of knowledge and happily shares the tricks of the trade. Highly recommended for home bakers and more advance bakers. Something to learn for everyone and tonnes of bread loaves to take home at the end of the day to share with family and friends!
What a fantastic day. It was an amazing opportunity to spend so much time with John, who demystified the art of sourdough and helped me realise it’s supposed to be fun making bread. The staff for incredible, the bread brilliant and the fellow participants were great to be around. Thank you so much for holding these workshops. I’m excited to restart my sourdough journey.
In 6 hours I unlearned 4 years of professional baking false ideation and learned more scientific truth and techniques that I will treasure in my rediscovered love for sourdough. Not only that but it was fun, the food was delectable and John made everyone feel like the "top of the class" no matter what experience one had. His passion made the day an absolute joy.
