It was an absolute pleasure to be entertained by John Reid at RedBeard Bakery on Sunday. John’s performance was absolutely captivating as he shared the science and artistry of real sour dough bread making. At every step of journey I learnt new information and had numerous OMG moments as I gained insights in to what had gone wrong with my baking over the years. John delivered his lessons with a religious zeal that left me wanting more.
An interesting, informative and fun workshop. John has so much passion and insight into the world of sourdough and is very encouraging to his participants. Very hands on workshop and the participants are so welcomed by the rest of the wonderful staff and well looked after with the food and beverages that are available throughout the day. Worth every cent. Bravo.
