Excellent experience, very nice mix of theory, practice, history and hands on action. Class was expertly organised and run and the attention to us around catering and coffee was much appreciated. Everything went smoothly and it was an enjoyable learning experience. Well done Al and team
What a terrific day. Not only have I cut my kneading time by over half, I walked away with 9 loaves of amazing bread. The workshop environment is fantastic as was the lunch, but what really made the day a success was the enthusiasm of our trainer Al and his cheerful class participants.
Thanks for a great day,
Robert.
I had a wonderful day yesterday at the Red Beard Bakery learning to make sour dough bread. I've attended many culinary workshops over the past few years but this course is absolutely outstanding. Beautiful workspace, small group, excellent tuition and a superb lunch. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone who would like to explore the world of sourdough bread making.
