Excellent day shared with great down to earth people. I was a real beginner, but I was made to feel comfortable from the start. Al, who took the class was lovely, very knowledgeable and experienced and had a genuine love for his family run business. I arrived home with 7 loaves of freshly baked sourdough bread baked by yours truly! Family and neighbours were very impressed!
Just a terrific day spent at the Redbeard bakery workshop.
Al was fantastic - great teacher, really inspiring and incredibly knowledgeable.
Such a satisfying day taking home all the loaves we made - successfully - at the end of the day.
Lunch was delicious as well.
Highly recommend this workshop. Loads of fun and great skills learnt.
Thanks again Al.
