If you want a fantastic day of learning from a sourdough master and having a heap of fun, then book this course. You will be encouraged all the way. The lunch was equally great. You’ll never regret it. Lifelong learning.
I had a great day with John and my fellow bread enthusiasts at the sourdough course in Trentham. John's knowledge is priceless and his enthusiasm is highly contagious, so watch out. My family and friends have loved the bread we made which is fantastic. Thank you John and the team at Redbeard for a great day which will keep on giving. Wyn
