A delightful way to spend a Sunday. Incredibly informative, lots of hands-on practise, a wonderful setting with generous hosts. And you get to take away heaps of fresh bread and your own wild yeast starter for your own bread making!
What a fantastic day we all had !! Al was a great teacher and very thorough at explaining each step during the course of the day. From the awesome coffee and freshly baked hot cross buns to start the day to the amazing lunch and then sampling our very own baked bread for afternoon tea, it was all so good. We are now eagerly waiting for our leaven to be ready to start baking our own bread. Would highly recommend this workshop....
