Well... What can i say. Laughed till i cried and loved every moment of this amazing day! From start to finish i was enthralled with the stories and passion of Johns bread baking experience. His knowledge and understanding of all things bread and the history of baking was gold, pure gold.
The perfect present for anyone who loves food, family, life, history.
Thanks again John, you're the best!

Very much enjoyed the class! John's enthusiasm was infectious, and he had an excellent way of conveying a lot of information as well as demonstrating a good sense of humour during practical demonstrations.
I have subsequently baked a batch of wholemeal sourdough which turned out well. I liked the smaller class (6).
The hospitality during the day was excellent, lunch quite superb and the regular coffee/tea top ups were welcome in what was quite a long day! I have certainly learned a lot about the finer points of baking.
