Workshop was brilliant!
As well as learning how to make different styles of bread, I learnt how important it is to support artisan bakers and millers who use locally sourced products. Not only for the effect on our health, but to enable these small family businesses to continue to thrive and pass on their craft to future generations.
Was plied with fabulous food and plenty of drinks during the day, and not only that,,, got to take home heaps of bread as well!!

A fantastic day learning the basics of bread making and wild fermentation. A very generous morning tea and lunch was provided by the friendly Redbeard staff. John was extremely passionate and knowledgeable and I have no hesitation in recommending this class to anyone who wants to learn the craft of traditional wild ferment baking.
