Absolutely loved the workshop! Such a great experience, learned so much about sourdough, levin, different flours and techniques. The food was amazing as always, the bread was delicious and it was so nice to experience being in the baking room although it does get quite hot so it’s a great place to be in the middle of winter. Will definitely be back for another workshop as I am very keen to master this craft!
What a wonderful way to spend a cold Sunday. Loved every bit of this course. Dave the instructor was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and genuine. I learnt so much and can’t wait to bake my own. Took home a beautiful set of instructions, more than 8 loaves of bread and a starter. Forgot to mention the outstanding morning tea and lunch. Full of gratitude, Red Beard Bakery, thank you for a great day.
