An excellent introduction to the science and art of sourdough baking using traditional methods Freya was a knowledgeable and engaging teacher with endless patience as she coached us in making several different types of bread. We were well supported by the cafe team and bakery owner who kept us hydrated and fed throughout the day. Leaving the bakery after a great day, I can’t wait to continue my sourdough journey practising what we leant. Taking away several loaves from our baking was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend this workshop.
