Had a terrific time with Dave and a great group of women at the RedBeard Historic Bakery today - learning how to make sourdough bread and baking our loaves in a wonderful old wood fired oven. Dave walked us through the process - learnt a great deal along the way - and came home with 8 loaves of bread and a sourdough starter. Great way to spend a day.
This enjoyable day of baking sour dough bread answered so many questions and has rekindled my appetite to go home and confidently make my own delicious loaves. Our tutor David was happy to answer any questions in detail and shared many memories and historical fact about the bakery. I also got to meet and share my day with a group of gorgeous ladies. Thank you all - Jennyfer Sutterby
